I am convinced that we get tripped up on the how of stuff and as a result give little attention to the why of stuff.
How did we get here, how did this happen, how could they act that way, etc…are questions we all have ask ourselves at some point. But perhaps better questions are why related, such as why did we make the decisions that landed us in this place, Why did this happen, why do they act this way, etc…The why questions are likely to uncover more insightful answers then how questions. The why questions are more active then the how questions. The why questions reveal motivations.
